7 easy step to make a PARFAIT.

Making PARFAIT, is easy it only requires a simple ingredient.

Ingredients:

1 cup of granola or crushed cookies depending on your preference.

2 cups of flavored strawberry  or vanilla yogurt.

1  cup of fresh fruit either sliced banana, diced mango or berries.

STEP 1 : wash and cut your fruit into small pieces.

STEP 2:  PARFAIT are traditionally in a clear glasses to show the beautiful layers,  therefore start by adding a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom of the glass cup.

STEP 3: Add a layer of granola to the yogurt in the glass.

STEP 4 : Add a layer of another yogurt on top of the granola, in order to create a neat layer use  a spoon.

STEP 5:  Add a layer of fresh fruit on top of the yogurt, Repeat the layers until you fill the glass.

STEP 6: If desired , add honey to sweeten the PARFAIT.

STEP 7 : Chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes, you can add additional ingredient like nut.

Your homemade healthy PARFAIT is ready to be enjoy!!!!!!!
